Stanford Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Cardiology - Oakland

University Medical Partners (UMP), a partner of Stanford Medicine, is seeking a full-time BC/BE Cardiology Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner to join our clinic network in Oakland, CA, with the expectation to rotate to Emeryville and Castro Valley locations.

Position Details:

• Seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum 1-2 years of primary care or urgent care experience required;
  Cardiology experience is a plus
• Practice utilizes EPIC EMR
• 75% Patient Care: direct patient care, general cardiology, interventional, structural, and electrophysiology patients,
• Hospital-based opportunities, including consults/rounding/peri-procedure care, may be available in the future
• 25% Support:
  Indirect patient care, in-basket management, including addressing clinical calls and patient messages
• Includes travel to Emeryville and Castro Valley cardiology clinics
• Multi-specialty, community-based medical group (UMP) integrated with Stanford Medicine
• Conversational-level Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese language ability is strongly preferred
