This role supports children with autism or developmental delays through 1:1, structured, play-based activities in home, clinic, or school settings. Sessions typically last 2–3 hours and caseloads are matched to availability and age range (toddlers to teens).

$21.00/hr - $24.00/hr

  Monday to Sunday; afternoon and evening availability required (preference for 2:00–8:00 pm)

As a Behavior Technician at BTS, you’ll work 1:1 with children to build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through structured activities.

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through individualized activities
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision

• Minimum of 6 months of experience working with children with neurodevelopmental disabilities; ABA or behavioral health experience preferred
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude; passion for working with children
• Spanish-speaking is highly preferred
• RBT certification is a plus (costs covered by BTS); may be valued without
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Reliability and willingness to work with a variety of clients

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and a driver's license; auto insurance in your name if using a vehicle for work
• CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• TB test within 90 days, MMR & Varicella immunizations, and a pre-employment physical (within past year)
• Background check (FBI & DOJ)
