As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior plans at a client’s home or in community settings, helping clients acquire new skills and reduce problem behaviors. GOALS believes in supporting the whole family and ensuring everyone has access to quality care.
We are hiring across the East Bay (Concord, Bay Point, Pittsburg, Antioch, Oakley, Discovery Bay, Oakland, Hayward). Part‑time positions are available.

Day in the life of a GOALS Behavior Technician- Traveling to a client’s home and other community settings to deliver services
- Working one‑on‑one with children and adolescents to implement behavioral plans
- Incorporating families and caregivers into therapy sessions per the treatment plan
- Collecting detailed and accurate data and service notes
- Receiving ongoing support and mentorship from GOALS supervisors
- Competitive salary: $17–$24 per hour

- Ability to obtain a negative TB test

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College credit, associate’s, or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Childcare and/or special‑needs experience preferred
