Overview
The purpose of the Research Coordinator position is to help the UCR Perception, Action, and Development Lab (PADLAB) carry out projects for Dr. Franchak's NSF-funded grant to investigate infants' everyday experiences. The projects involve collecting data from families with young infants in the Riverside County area through surveys and home visits.
Responsibilities- Schedule study appointments.
- Collect data from human subjects through surveys and home visits.
- Organize data and other files relating to the research project.
- Contribute to data analysis.
This is an initial one-year appointment with the option for renewal pending available funding, need, and successful performance. This is a part-time position working a 70% appointment.
The full salary range for the Research Coordinator is $23.22 - $27.35 per hour. However, the expected pay for this position is $25.00 - $25.51 per hour (to be prorated by appointment FTE). We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Effective 7/6/2025 minimum pay for TX unit staff is $25 per hour. Base pay on steps below this minimum will be increased with a second "off-step" pay to bring the total to $25 per hour.
Eligibility and ComplianceApplicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
