Travel RN - Labor & Delivery

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in California requiring an active CA RN license and recent L&D experience.

Job Details

• Work in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit,

• Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts,

• 13-week assignment,

• Handles high-risk OB cases,

• Utilizes EPIC EMR system,

Job Requirements

• Active CA RN license required,

• Minimum of 1 year full-time recent (within the last 3 years) L&D experience,

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program,

• Current BLS and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications,

• High-risk labor and delivery experience within the last 2 years preferred,

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred,

• Five or more years of recent L&D experience preferred,

• Active licenses and certifications required at time of consideration; pending not accepted,

Additional Information

• Work involves care for laboring mothers including high-risk obstetric patients,

• Assignment may not exceed two years without a mandatory 90-day break,

• Local and travel candidates are both accepted at the same rate,

• Submission requires last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth,

• COVID and flu vaccinations may be required,
