Travel RN - Labor & Delivery

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift critical need position in California requiring an active CA RN license, BLS, and NRP certification.

Job Details

• Work in a hospital labor and delivery unit,

• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts,

• 13-week assignment,

• Utilizes Epic EMR system,

• Open to both local and travel candidates at the same rate,

Job Requirements

• Active CA RN license at time of consideration; no pending licensure accepted,

• Current BLS and NRP certifications required,

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program,

• At least 1 year of full-time recent L&D RN experience within the last 3 years,

• Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field,

• Preferred: 5+ years recent L&D experience within last 2 years,

• Preferred: 1 year of recent high-risk L&D experience within last 2 years,

• Experience with high-risk OB preferred,

• Last four digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Provide care for laboring and postpartum mothers, including high-risk cases,

• Must comply with dress code and health requirements,

• Travelers may not work on assignment past two years without taking 90 days off in a row per client policy,
