Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Front Desk Scheduler responsible for managing front office tasks including handling heavy inbound phone calls, patient registration and scheduling, checking patients in and out, processing payments, and maintaining light medical records. The role involves using the EPIC EMR system.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Operate as part of the front office team.
• Handle heavy phone calls, primarily inbound.
• Conduct patient registration and scheduling.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out, handling 65-75 patients per day.
• Process and collect payments.
• Maintain and update patient demographics in medical records.

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of face-to-face customer service experience.
• 1 year of medical administrative experience including scheduling, registration, and front office tasks.
• Strong customer service skills

Experience

• Experience with EPIC.
• Imaging/Radiology experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is highly preferred.

Schedule / Shift

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
