Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN with a current CA license and recent ICU experience for a night shift critical care position.

Job Details

• Position is in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting,

• Patient population includes critically ill adults requiring advanced monitoring and interventions,

• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM,

• 13-week assignment duration,

• Uses EPIC EMR system,

Job Requirements

• Active CA RN license required at time of consideration,

• Minimum of 1 year recent (within past 3 years) full-time ICU nursing experience,

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program,

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required,

• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred,

• CCRN certification and 2 years of recent ICU experience preferred,

• Dialysis or SLED experience preferred,

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred,

• Submission requires last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth,

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage complex critical care patients,

• Comprehensive orientation provided at assignment start,

• Compliance with facility health and vaccination requirements is mandatory,

• Local and travel candidates are both accepted at the same rate,

• Dress code and scrub requirements must be followed as per hospital policy,

• Assignment duration subject to facility HR tenure policy, with a maximum of two consecutive years before a mandatory 90-day break,
