Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a critical night shift assignment in California requiring an active CA RN license, BLS, and ACLS.

Job Details

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in a hospital setting,

• Night shift position, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts,

• 13-week assignment,

• Uses Epic EMR system and Epic experience is required,

Job Requirements

• Active CA RN license is required at the time of application,

• BLS and ACLS certifications required and must be active,

• One year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent ICU experience required,

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program,

• Last four digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration,

• NIH Stroke Scale certificate preferred,

• CCRN, dialysis, or SLED experience preferred,

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred,

• Two years of recent ICU experience preferred,

Additional Information

• Local and travel rates are the same for all candidates,

• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration; pending status not accepted,

• Will be required to cover ICU patient assignments and deliver critical care,

• COVID and flu vaccination documentation may be requested,

• Must adhere to hospital dress code and professional standards,

• Internal policy limits assignment duration to two years without a 90-day break,
