** Client Service Associate or Senior Client Service Associate.
** This is an on-site position. This individual will be focused on onboarding and servicing our high-net-worth clients. We are looking for someone with a high level of professionalism and knowledge to enhance our relationships with our clients who have complex service and investment needs. This is a collaborative, team-oriented environment offering career advancement opportunities.

Compensation range will vary based on experience and title of role (CSA or Sr CSA). In the spirit of transparency we expect to pay between **$65,000.00 to $85,000.00**, depending on skills and experience. This is exclusive of bonuses and benefits. ** Primary Job Functions
** New Client Onboarding
* Ensures accurate completion of prospect/new client paperwork/set up
* Follow up on funds transfer from surrendering company
* Maintains (CRM-Salesforce) database
* Research and follow up on any issues with the Broker/Dealer, WEG Operations, and vendors
* Record incoming assets to the appropriate blotting tool Client Relationship Management
* Dialogues with client to understand their personal history and current financial needs
* Prepares account transactions, trades, deposits, withdrawals, RMDs, etc.
* Communicates to understand client requests, determines what needs to be done; communicates to the advisor or handles issue resolution, includes death claim processing
* May work with client’s tax or legal counsel on client concerns
* Records notes and pertinent details in Salesforce regarding client communications, inquiries, and actions related to the planning request

Client Review Prep and Follow Up
* Gather client data and may prepare the materials for client meetings and reviews
* Conducts Tax Research (1099s)
* Completes any review follow up needs for client
* Create financial planning reports/analyses utilizing Money Guide Pro , eMoney, Morningstar and other planning tools
* Communicate directly with the Advisor and/or client to obtain additional information and ask questions regarding client goals and concerns

Industry/Company Knowledge
* Demonstrates knowledge and can accurately execute against WEG’s Suitability Guidelines, operational processes and sales model
* Understands financial terminology and products
* Working proficiency with annuities, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, fixed income, stocks, options, alternative investments, hedge funds, charitable giving practices
* Attends Client Services and company educational events

Team and Corporate Support
* Assists Advisor Team Operations to streamline processes
* Completes operational projects to support enhancements and changes
* Contribute positively to problem solving
* Communicates process and sales updates to team
** Education / Qualifications
*** 4-year college degree preferred
* 3+ years of industry experience specifically in client servicing (or 1+ years for Client Service Associate role)
* Senior role requires at least 1 year as a Client Service Associate
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Proficient with Salesforce, Power Point and Microsoft Office
