This is a full time, on site Finance Manager role based at 7201 Oakport Street, Oakland, CA, 94621 located directly across from the famous Oakland Coliseum. The Finance Manager will oversee daily financial operations, including business planning, financial reporting, compliance, and budget management. Responsibilities include analyzing data to support decision making, preparing accurate financial statements, and collaborating with other departments to improve overall financial performance.

This role requires strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and clear communication to ensure smooth financial execution and alignment with company objectives.

• Strong financial acumen, budgeting, financial reporting, and data analysis abilities
• Skills in financial compliance, auditing, and risk management
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience in leadership and team collaboration
• Knowledge of industry trends and updates for informed decision-making
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the automotive industry
