Auditor; CPA Certified

We are seeking a CPA to conduct our annual audit to include completing our IRS Form 990, CA state form 199 and RRF- 1.Out last auditor retired after working with us for over 25 years.

Role Description

This on-site role, based in Oakland, CA, involves responsibilities as an Auditor (CPA Certified). The Auditor will conduct thorough financial audits, examine financial statements, assess compliance with regulations, and prepare detailed audit reports. The role includes analyzing financial risks, ensuring the organization's financial procedures adhere to industry standards, and providing insights for improved financial management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in auditing practices, including Financial Audits and Audit Reports
• Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Finance-related principles
• Exceptional Analytical Skills, with the ability to assess risks and evaluate financial performance
• CPA certification is required
• High attention to detail and accuracy in auditing and reporting
• Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Familiarity with non-profit financial operations is a plus
