Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update monthly cash flow reports to monitor financial liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R), ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Prepare and analyze the statement of position (Balance Sheet) to maintain accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Generate and review the statement of activities (Profit & Loss) to assess financial performance and identify trends.
- Maintain and update the finance dashboard (Budget vs. Actual) to track variances and support strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with SAP HANA or the ability to quickly adapt to financial systems.
- Possess strong expertise in non-profit grants and budgeting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Participate in meetings and committees to provide financial insights and support organizational goals.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Excel, including data modeling, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
- Manage multiple financial tasks while meeting critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
- Have 7+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare setting.
- Showcase deep knowledge of financial reporting, grant management, and budget planning for non-profits.
- Demonstrate the ability to interpret and apply financial regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
- Maintain strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail while working independently or within a team.
