Seasonal Tax Assistance

Are you looking for a rewarding seasonal opportunity in tax preparation? Our company is seeking motivated professionals to join our team as part of our Seasonal Tax Help staff. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience working with Lacerte or CCH tax software.

Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns using Lacerte or CCH software.

+ Organize and analyze client financial documents to ensure complete and accurate filings.

+ Research current federal, state, and local tax regulations to optimize client filings and ensure compliance.

+ Communicate with clients to collect tax information, answer questions, and provide progress updates throughout the season.

+ Support clients with tax planning strategies and end-of-season recommendations.

+ Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

+ At least 2 years of recent tax preparation experience.

+ Direct experience with Lacerte or CCH tax software is required.

+ Solid understanding of individual and business tax returns.

+ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

+ Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.

+ Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

+ Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; EA or CPA certification a plus.
