Job Description

Full-Time

Salary $100k/yr to $110k/yr

The Senior Accountant will work closely with the Accounting Manager to lead the month-end close.

This person will work with all levels of staff to ensure all timelines aremet accordingly, data accuracy standards, and the cross-company needs ofthe organization.

  • Oversee all general ledger activity,generate and interpret financial records and statements for management,analyze financial data to prepare financial reports and budget forecasts, and maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss,tax liability.
  • Prepare & Monitor Bank Reconciliations, and other reconciliations as assigned.
  • Overseereconciliations for all accrual accounts, including Bill Payment Services Cash support functions - tracking, communications
  • Work closely with the Accounting Manager/CFO to assure adherence to company policy and proper expense and revenue recording for management report sand financial statements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or similar work experience 5+ years of accounting experience
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure on-time deliverables
  • Strong attention to detail, high analysis skills and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision.
  • Self-starterand a proactive attitude Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization Team player with strong collaboration skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word,Excel), specifically strong Excel skills involving large data volume.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Great Plains, and/or the Microsoft Office Suite is aplus A commitment to the values of the organization while demonstratinggood judgment, flexibility, patience and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
