Base pay range: $89,100 – $119,000 per year.

Your impactWe are looking for a Project Controls Analyst to join our Project Management Team, working on award‑winning projects and partnering with Project Managers to ensure complete awareness of project cost, risks, and provide alternative strategies for mitigation and opportunities. You will perform client management, interfacing, updates, and presentations at all levels of management.
Responsibilities- Perform cost control and estimating, proactively monitoring and communicating budget, actual status, and forecast costs/labor hours for projects.
- Create client and internal status reports that communicate schedule status and identify critical path.
- Analyze schedule data using P6, develop and maintain project schedules from scratch, coordinate with engineering, project management, and construction teams.
- Explain variances, delays, and track and monitor contractor schedules.
- Develop and maintain productive cross‑discipline relationships within the project team.
- Support data analysis using SAP and advanced enterprise system platforms.
- 3–4 years of scheduling experience, proficient in P6 schedule analysis and reporting.
- Construction experience on complex projects $25 M and above is preferred.
- Ability to build a schedule from scratch after coordinating with various teams.
- Experience explaining variances, delays, and monitoring contractor schedules.
- Cost analysis and SAP experience is a bonus.
- Local to the San Ramon, Oakland, San Jose, or Monterey areas, and able to go to the office as needed.
