At a very high level, I am looking for a resource that could come on site and become familiar with the environment. Afterwards it would be a mix of on-site visits and remote assistance. Below is a list of systems and devices we the individual would need to support.
- Provide support and maintain Cisco CUCM (Call MGR).
- Provide support and maintain Cisco WIFI Controllers(9800 new, 8540 old).
- Provide support and maintain network management systems(Catalyst Center new, Prime Infrastructure old).
- Support campus and off-site Cisco Switches, Routers, Voice Gateways, Access Points, and WIFI Bridges.
- Provide support for Palo Alto Fire Walls. Work with corporate on OS and hardware upgrades.
- Provide network support for Cyber Security to assist with requests for logs or other network device info.
