• Manage capital program engineering design and construction projects or programs from conceptual design through completion; project areas may include Trackwork, station improvements, Traction Power and electrical systems, automated fare collection, and other tasks as needed for state‑of‑good repair.
• Perform construction project management duties; prepare cost estimates; prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets; conduct field inspections as required; monitor work in progress.
• See that the proactive project management system plans, organizes, controls, and evaluates all work.
• Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently.
• Implement, monitor, and support company policy.
• Work with multidiscipline teams and manage technical personnel.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Master's degree
• PMP certification
• Understanding of Traction power systems for various Transit agencies
• Ability to handle multiple assignments
• Ability to interact with various design teams and have excellent organizational, project management, and communication (both written and verbal) skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 10 years related experience
• A minimum 5 years project management experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• MS Office and MS Project experience (Access experience would be plus)
• Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills
