Our North America coastal practice is growing. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Senior Coastal Engineer
, based out of California
, to deliver challenging projects that make a difference to coastal communities. Our coastal practice focuses on the design of coastal management structures, numerical modeling studies, regional resiliency projects, port and waterfront development, and mitigating the impacts of climate change for a range of public and private sector clients.

• Lead or participate in the delivery of coastal design projects, including coastal management structures, numerical modeling studies, resiliency projects, and port/waterfront development.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and communicate design concepts and project status.

• Bachelor s degree in a related field. Master’s Degree in coastal engineering, applied ocean engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License (Preferred but not required).
• Demonstrated ability to lead coastal design tasks or projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in design and construction principles of coastal structures.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams.
