This position will directly supervise a team of Project Controls Analysts, a work group that is wholly represented by the Engineers and Scientists of California (ESC) Union. The work group is responsible for managing Electric Transmission / Distribution Substation and Transmission Line projects throughout PG&E's California's north areas of the service territoryluc. Total annual project portfolio can range from $120 - $250 million.

This position will report to the Central Coast Transmission & Substation Project Controls Manager and will be headquartered in Oakland (location Flexible). The successful candidate will help Transmission & Substation Project and Portfolio Management attain its vision of being the leading project management organization in the utility industry by leveraging one's exceptional leadership and technical skills.

PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.

Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed toward the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case‑by‑case basis related to these factors.
