Provost Office Assistant

The student assistant helps the Academic Affairs and Provost office with day-to-day tasks and events. An enthusiastic personality, excellent written and verbal communication, and a close attention to detail will all be required for success in the Student Assistant position.

• Assist with general office duties as assigned
• Create google docs and sheets
• Answering phones
• Social media management (Twitter and Facebook)

• Half to full time OU undergraduate student in a degree seeking program for the Winter 2021 Semester.
• Available to work 40 hours per week during the Summer semesters, and up to 25 hours per week during Fall and Winter semesters. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00.
• Able to work an occasional evening or weekend events
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  Google Docs and Sheets
• Business casual (no leggings or jeans) attire
