Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Representative (CSR) / Office Assistant to join our team. This full-time, dual-role position is vital to ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our advisors in their daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Success Representative (CSR):
Ensure customer success by utilizing retention marketing tools to keep vehicles maintained and repaired at our top-rated shop. - Make thank you calls to customers to express appreciation for their business.
- Conduct daily Repair Order (RO) audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Write and send handwritten cards to new customers to welcome them to our shop.
- File and manage paperwork, including RO’s, bills, and financial documents.
- Support service advisors by helping them navigate their day-to-day challenges.
- Answer phone calls, assist with customer inquiries, and set appointments (if trained).
- Assist with upselling services and products (if trained).
- Prepare estimates and inspections for customer vehicles.
- Process customer payments and ensure a positive "kiss goodbye" experience.
- Act as a shuttle driver and parts runner as needed.
- Conduct shop tours for new or prospective customers.
- Send text reminders for appointments and follow-up with customers.

Skills:
Proficient with necessary software and tools. - Good Voice for the Phone: Clear and pleasant communication skills over the phone.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or office assistant role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Valid California driver's license required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Starting pay at $20/hr with potential for growth.
