Our client, a leading provider of healthcare outreach services
, is seeking a Client Service Representative - Outreach to join their team. As a Client Service Representative
, you will be part of the Field Operations Department supporting Enrollment Services and Outreach Teams

Job Title: Client Service Representative - Outreach
Location: Oakland, CA (Must reside in Alameda County)
Pay Range: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm PST
What’s the Job?Conduct face-to-face outreach and enrollment presentations to beneficiaries
Assist beneficiaries with managed care options and enrollment/disenrollment processes
Maintain positive relationships with county staff, community groups, and clients
Perform data entry and transmit enrollment data per policy
Support training and guidance of new staff and participate in community events
High School diploma or equivalent
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
Valid CA driver’s license and ability to travel within and around Alameda County
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience with public speaking, outreach, or working with diverse populations preferred
Full-time schedule
