Work ScheduleFour‑day work week: two days in office, two days remote. Certain circumstances may require temporary transition to a five‑day week.

Responsibilities- Lead graphic creation, maintain the Enviro Voters and Enviro Voters Education Fund websites, create web content that moves individuals to take actions online, and report on and use analytics to make data‑driven decisions to improve overall website performance.
- Develop visual concepts and create designs for a wide range of materials such as logos, websites, social media graphics, infographics, print media, and paid ads.
- Implement A/B testing structure for creative design in partnership with the Sr. Social Media Manager, Web and Email Manager, and Sr. Digital Content Producer to create engaging graphics to increase engagement across channels.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with established brand guidelines and maintain each organization’s visual identity.
- Collaborate with the Philanthropy, Political, and Organizing departments to understand project briefs and deliver designs that support overall campaign objectives.
- Manage multiple projects while handling feedback to revise and finalize designs and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and best practices.

- Collaborate with the Email and Web Manager to optimize website content to increase engagement rates across all websites.
- Identify and solve pain points in the user journey to improve conversion rates (donations, email leads, etc.).
- Develop ongoing testing and optimization plans for landing pages and donation forms to improve user experience.
- Develop and manage landing pages, tools and graphics for online activities, including donation forms, website popups, advocacy actions, and more.
- Work closely with the Political & Organizing and Policy Advocacy teams to develop content relevant to our legislative priorities and increase advocacy actions taken across the site.
- Implement SEO best practices into both websites and use Google Analytics to report on web data and make recommendations on strategies to improve our sites.
- Leverage AI tools like Surfer SEO, Market Muse, and Clearscope to improve content strategy and search engine rankings.
- Manage relationships with Cornershop, Democracy Engine, Act Blue, and other vendors as needed.
- Utilize the Adobe Suite to design engaging content for website landing pages and fundraising forms.
- Project manage inter‑ and intra‑departmental campaigns and projects, including our annual Environmental Scorecard, election endorsement portal, and more.
- 5 years of experience designing compelling website, social media, and other digital channel content, improving website flow for users, and increasing engagement rates across websites.
- Firm understanding of composition principles to create striking layouts that attract engagement on social media.
- Designer problem‑solving mentality enabling unique design solutions for a wide variety of projects.
- Experience leading multi‑faceted digital campaigns from start to finish, including vendor relationship management, budgeting, content creation, and ensuring quality UX.
- Proficiency in UX design tools, like Figma, Sketch, and Framer.
- Experience using platforms such as Word Press, Every Action, Act Blue, Pardot, Blackbaud, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite programs, such as Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere.
- Strong project management, problem‑solving, critical thinking, and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and knowledge of accessibility testing tools like Google’s Accessibility Test Framework and WAVE.
