Operations Manager, Construction Manager/ Foreman
A Senior Superintendent position in Oakland, CA, is available at Garney Construction. To be considered for this position, you must have previous construction experience.
What you will be doing- Drive job site safety and establish site safety expectations.
- Create 6-week look-ahead schedules and monitor overall project schedule.
- Coordinate with project management.
- Review job cost and manage labor quantities.
- Complete daily and periodic report updates.
- Oversee quality control.
- Manage subcontractors.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related Field.
- 10 Plus years of water and waste water construction experience with a self-performing general contractor.
- Willing to travel and/or relocate.

- Salary Range: $160K - $190K
