We’re looking a Senior Product Designer to help us grow the next generation of our product and expand our footprint in the industry.
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager with a strong background in Fintech to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and launching financial products, a deep understanding of the Fintech landscape, and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex financial problems.
Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Product Development:
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to develop and launch new products.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Customer Focus:
- Advocate for the customer by understanding their needs, pain points, and feedback.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create user-centric designs and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.
- Performance Measurement:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
- Analyze product performance data to make data-driven decisions and optimize product features.
- Innovation and Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Fintech trends, industry regulations, compliance requirements, emerging fraud solution technologies, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the product and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in the Fintech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching Fintech products.
- Strong understanding of financial services, banking, payments, or related Fintech areas.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Trello).
