Hire Curated is assisting Locale in hiring a Production Manager.

As an operations manager, you will be responsible leading a team of 50+ part-time employees in plating and finishing 25,000+ meals weekly in our glass jar production line.

• Lead a team of 50+ part-time employees in plating and finishing 25,000+ meals weekly
• Drive operational excellence by implementing automation, optimizing workflows, and improving organizational systems to increase speed and efficiency
• Own end-to-end people management including recruiting, hiring, and training
• Manage labor scheduling and control costs while maintaining quality standards and meeting production targets
• Maintain food safety compliance throughout all production processes

• 5+ years in operations or production management, preferably in food manufacturing, meal prep, or commercial kitchen environments
• Some experience in kitchens/culinary environments with strong food safety and sanitation compliance experience
• Bilingual with strong Spanish skills
• Proven track record managing teams of 20+ part-time employees

• Wednesday – Sunday; schedule flexibility is important as we grow.
• Facility located in Hayward, CA.
