Your role at Clorox

Responsible for developing and deploying a cross-channel business plan for the Food Category & Hidden Valley Ranch brand. Works with Category Sales Planning Director, Category Sales Planning Associate Director, and 3D Planning team to influence development of 18-month Category Plan.

In this role, you will:
  • Drive the Business:
    Own cross channel Business Plan for Category or Brand. Exhibits cross-functional leadership and Customer perspective. Responsible to advocate for assigned customers (30%)
  • Category Planning:
    Recommends integrated customer plan and supports business plan release for Food BU. Works with 3D team to influence development of 18 month plan (30%)
  • Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste: deploy tools, processes, resources to support organization (20%)
  • Engage our People as Business Owners:
    Coaches, develops, empowers team members as appropriate. Develop individual capabilities to promote growth (20%)

This role is required to be based out of the Oakland, CA area due to the business needs. Currently accepting internal talent profiles of Grade Level 27 lateral before considering promotion opportunities for Grade Level 26. Being based out of Oakland, CA the Category Sales Planning Manager - Food will abide by our Hybrid 2.0 policy, being in the office 3x per week.
