THE

POSITION (hybrid, one day per week in office)

The Omnichannel Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining Numi’s multiple Ecommerce platforms (including Shopify, Amazon and DTC) to ensure system functionality, accurate data management and reporting, and optimal inventory levels by collaborating (with Marketing, Operations, 3PLs) to align supply with anticipated demand, ultimately maximizing profitability and minimizing out of stocks. This position also works closely with the Director of Distribution to support distribution operations, customer service, and customer compliance for all channels.

ABOUT

YOU
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in Shopify and Amazon, preferably with CPG products.
  • Strong proficiency in inventory management and analyzing data.
  • Experience using ERP systems, EDI experience is a plus.
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of computer programs, Excel, Word, CRM, PowerPoint, and other MS office programs. Intermediate Excel required.
  • A self-starter with the ability to accomplish objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Possesses a sense of urgency, an acute attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify and address potential demand issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions.
  • Embraces newly assigned projects with enthusiasm, works well under pressure, meets multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and present data‑driven insights to stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ecommerce
  • Perform all inventory management entries and analysis in Shopify; maintain accurate inventory/reporting and reconcile in Numi’s ERP (Sage).
  • Prepare inventory transfers to Numi’s Ecommerce 3PLs; reconcile inventory and collaborate with 3PLs as needed.
  • Review, monitor, troubleshoot EDI 940s‑945s to/from 3PL and Sage.
  • Receive shipped orders (EDI 945s) into Sage and review.
  • Support with inventory allocation for Amazon bulk buys and BTRS.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and 3PLs to assist with Amazon chargebacks, shortages $’s and reasons, along with other operational metrics like labeling, vendor lead time, confirmation rate.
  • Additional Amazon support for Marketing as requested.
  • Maintain inventory and platform integrity for other online partners:
    Faire, , Walmart, etc.
  • Support with new item setups in systems and at 3PLs.
  • Partner with Marketing/Finance to understand promotional strategy and activity by item and timeframe to assist with demand planning for all ecommerce platforms.
Other Operations/CS Support
  • Perform all support for maintaining customer requirements and data platforms for all channels, including DOT, iHerb, Walmart, Target, UNFI, etc.
  • Perform trouble‑shooting with systems and partners as needed.
  • Support Operations team with customer compliance, KPIs, and scorecards.
  • Support new customer onboarding with EDI and related data, new items, and customer paperwork.
  • Provide customer service and operations support for international customers, and general support for all customer service functions.
  • Provide internal CS and operations‑related support for all departments within the organization.

Salary range:

Pay Range: $71,000 - $78,000 depending on experience.
