Department Overview:
The Procurement organization is the functional lead for the procurement of materials and services. The department collaborates with internal clients and suppliers managing more than $12 billion of annual company spend to develop mutually beneficial total value solutions for goods and services. Services include procurement of goods and services, strategic sourcing and cost savings, category management, supplier relationship management, supplier diversity planning, execution and outreach, compliance management, ongoing procurement field support and management of the source to pay cycle.

IT Procurement Manager

The Manager, IT Procurement drives the client experience by developing and leading effective strategic sourcing strategies, category management and contract governance. This role supports portfolio goals through cost-savings opportunities, diversity, green procurement, spend reduction, supplier consolidation, and standardization. Leads multiple spend categories and guides stakeholders to become trusted business advisors. Salary information is provided in the posting and base pay varies by location and experience.

This role is eligible for discretionary incentive programs.

Expert Category Leader

As a Category Lead, you will optimize sourcing and procurement strategy for a major gas and electric utility, driving cost efficiency, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and sustainability. You will lead category planning, supplier negotiations, and contract management, influencing stakeholders and leveraging market intelligence to align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This role supports Propel program objectives and standardization of S2P processes.

Category Leader

As a Category Lead, you will optimize the sourcing and procurement strategy for the utility, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier performance, and risk mitigation. You will lead strategic category planning, supplier negotiations, and contract management, partnering with internal stakeholders to align with business objectives and safety, reliability, and sustainability goals.

S2P Sourcing Analyst, Principal

Lead the Source to Pay process within the Propel program, ensuring efficient sourcing strategies and alignment with standardization, data quality, and technology enablement. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and oversight of key STP initiatives, with a focus on analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Senior Manager, Professional Services Strategic Sourcing

Provides strategic sourcing direction for the Professional Services category, governance of contracts, category management, and leadership for a portfolio. This role drives cost reduction, service excellence, and alignment with safety, reliability, and sustainability goals, with oversight of contract approvals and leadership for portfolio managers and category leads.

• Develops strategic portfolio and category plans to generate cost savings, optimize diversity spending and total cost of ownership.
• Ensures governance of contract approval processes from creation through award.
• Leads complex cross-functional teams in strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Manages spend analysis, benchmarking and business case development.
• Leads development and execution of negotiation strategies and contract management.
• Monitors customer satisfaction with SLAs and holds suppliers accountable for performance.
• Directly supervises or leads multiple teams depending on role (Sourcing Supervisors, Category Leaders, Sourcing Specialists, or Portfolio Managers).
