Step into hands‑on leadership role as our Assistant Camp Director at Oakland Feather River Camp! Live onsite, mentor staff, run programs, and create amazing experiences for campers

What You’ll Do:

  • Support daily camp operations & programs

  • Lead, coach & mentor seasonal staff

  • Coordinate schedules, activities & events

  • Collaborate across Activities, Food Service & Facilities

  • Ensure camper safety & wellbeing

  • Participate in staff training & team development

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in camp leadership or youth programs

  • Organized, flexible & positive under pressure

  • 21+ with supervisory or equivalent experience

  • CPR/First Aid preferred
