Principal Corporate Strategy Associate
Intuit Consumer Group’s Growth Strategy Team is hiring a Principal Strategy Manager for the Money portfolio, focusing on the embedded ‘Money’ products that bridge Turbo Tax and Credit Karma. This role drives the long‑term vision, defines growth strategies, and collaborates closely with Product Management, Marketing/Go‑to‑Market, and Operations.
OverviewThis position blends high‑level strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to deliver meaningful results in the rapidly evolving fintech landscape. The role requires engaging with senior leadership, sponsoring commercial initiatives, and leading exploratory work to expand the Money ecosystem.
Responsibilities- Partner with the Senior Leadership team and Business Operations to define the 5/3/1 year business strategy.
- Collaborate with sponsors of top Strategic Focus Areas to build a commercialization approach, ensuring a cohesive business strategy for the Money portfolio and defining the next horizon of money/consumer finance platform strategy.
- Identify opportunities to grow the ecosystem beyond current offerings and lead initial work for new and future launches.
- Provide thought leadership and analytical support for critical business decisions.
- Drive results across organizational boundaries, working with other teams.
- Lead exploratory work at the direction of Senior Leadership and support broader Consumer Group projects.
- Foster a performance culture and mentor team members to realize their full potential.
- Develop and apply highly effective team operating mechanisms to achieve business objectives and continued growth.
- Ensure speed, quality, and shared vision by involving the right people in decisions.
- 10+ years of work experience.
- Experience with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm or in a respected operating company’s strategy function preferred.
- Excellent strategic problem‑solving, influencing, and results orientation.
- Ability to lead strategy as well as support (or lead) implementation.
- Strong communications (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Well‑rounded interpersonal skills with the capacity to build trust‑based relationships with teammates and cross‑Intuit teams to drive outcomes.
- Highly self‑motivated and proactively willing to take on leadership roles within projects.

CompensationBase pay range (Bay Area, CA): $204,500 – $276,500. Base pay range (Southern California, CA): $197,500 – $267,500. This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender to drive fair pay.
