• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional needed services and provide estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

• At least 2 years of Service Technician experience.
• Toyota Certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification required.
• Proficiency in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair (B level qualifications).
• Steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination, mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Willingness to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
