** Receptionist/Concierge**:
* Assists with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public
* Takes calls, schedule meetings and appointments, and other front desk duties as assigned
* Provides exceptional customer service to our team
* Performs general administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes.
* Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries.
* Maintains office supplies, order new inventory as needed.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
** What you need to succeed:
*** A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience
* At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader
* Current first aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines.
* Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
* Completion of background check and drug screening. Pre-employment screenings may include Physical, TB Test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
