Data Entry Specialist

Our organization is looking for a Data Entry Specialist with superior attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy while inputting and managing sensitive data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter a variety of data into company databases and systems
  • Review source documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and correct errors in data
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with generating periodic data reports
  • Perform quality control checks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous data entry experience preferred
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 wpm recommended)
  • Proficient in MS Excel and database applications
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Dependable, with strong organizational skills
