Data Entry SpecialistOur organization is looking for a Data Entry Specialist with superior attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy while inputting and managing sensitive data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter a variety of data into company databases and systems
- Review source documents for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and correct errors in data
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with generating periodic data reports
- Perform quality control checks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous data entry experience preferred
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 wpm recommended)
- Proficient in MS Excel and database applications
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Dependable, with strong organizational skills
