A boutique interior design firm is looking for an Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support and ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking and have at least 2 years of experience in a comparable role, with strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. This position is instrumental in liaising between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The role is based in Florida, with hours Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
