Painter & Decorator - Job Opportunity A great opportunity has arisen for an on?site Painter & Decorator based in the Stocken area. This is a full?time role working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The position also includes working 1 in every 3 weekends, with an additional 15% allowance added to the basic salary for weekend work. Salary: £26,487 - £32,493, depending on experience.

Role Overview The Painter & Decorator will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive painting and decorating tasks across a busy facilities environment. This position ensures work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, supporting the overall maintenance and appearance of the site. The role also contributes to wider environmental objectives, including supporting zero?carbon initiatives where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities Carrying out planned and reactive painting and decorating tasks across various areas Looking after tools, materials and equipment, ensuring they are well maintained Following all Health & Safety policies, instructions and procedures Supporting zero?carbon and sustainability programmes as required Ensuring high standards of Health & Safety across the contract Candidate Requirements NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting & Decorating, or equivalent Relevant hands?on

experience in a similar role Strong awareness of Health & Safety, including risk assessments and method statements The ability to work effectively within a busy facilities environment Applications are welcomed from individuals of all backgrounds.
