Monday to Friday 10:00pm – 6:00am

* Salary: £46,554.77

* Location:

Oakham

We are recruiting for a Shift Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business on a permanent weekday night shift. This position has become available due to internal promotion. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants full accountability for site performance on shift.

Benefits:

* Total package £46,554.77 (including shift allowance)

Responsibilities:

* Take full responsibility for production performance on shift

* Lead health & safety and site standards

* Manage KPIs including OEE, scrap, quality and delivery

* Lead and develop production teams

* Act as the senior decision maker on site overnight

Requirements:

* Manufacturing leadership experience

* Strong KPI and performance management skills

* Confidence managing people and driving standards

* Good health & safety knowledge

Commutable from:
Melton Mowbray, Corby, Leicester, Kettering, Market Harborough, Grantham and Peterborough
