Paint Sprayer - Colchester (Langham, Essex) - £16.50 P/h (DOE) - temp to perm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a growing manufacturing business based in the Langham, area near Colchester. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, progression, and pay increases once permanent. You will be responsible in each stage of the process from prepping to paint spraying and finishing. Due to location, a full UK driving licence is essential.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

• Preparing metal components prior to painting (cleaning, masking, sanding)
• Spray painting steel and other fabricated metal products
• Ensuring consistent, high-quality finishes to specification
• Working with wet paint systems and industrial coatings
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the paint area
• Following health & safety and quality procedures

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer within a manufacturing or metalwork environment
• Experience working with steel or similar metal materials
• Confident using spray guns and paint preparation equipment
• Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• £14.00 - £16.50 per hour (depending on experience)
• All spray guns, paint equipment, and PPE will be provided.
• Temporary to permanent opportunity
• Clear progression route with pay increases opportunity once permanent
