QHSE Manager - Manufacturing
Location:
Oakham | Salary: £45k-£50k |
Hours:
07:30-16:00
We're looking for an experienced QHSE Manager to lead Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards in our manufacturing facility. You'll ensure compliance with ISO
9001, ISO
14001, and ISO 45001, drive continuous improvement, and manage a talented team of QHSE professionals.
- Lead audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Implement ISO 45001
- Oversee QMS and environmental compliance, including waste, emissions, and emergency response.
- Ensure all employees complete mandatory QHSE training.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve non‑compliances promptly.
- NEBOSH General Certificate + experience with ISO management systems.
- Hands‑on in manufacturing QHSE, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Proven ability to lead a QHSE team and implement robust compliance programs.
