Monarch Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS3 Drama and/or PSHE Teacher available 5 days a week to join a thriving secondary school in Empingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic educator who is passionate about inspiring young people and delivering engaging, creative lessons that support both academic progress and personal development.

• Deliver high-quality KS3 Drama and/or PSHE lessons
• Build positive relationships with students and promote an inclusive learning environment
• Confidently manage the classroom and demonstrate commitment to raising attainment
• Plan, deliver, and assess in line with national curriculum standards
• Be available full-time and contribute to the wider school community
