Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) at Target (T2135). This role supports guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, delivering strong operations, guest experience, and visual merchandising that inspires guests and builds the basket. Starting hourly rate: $17.50 USD per hour.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use data to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price-change processes and signing execution for merchandising changes.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guests by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-Up (DU) while complying with applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage laws where required).
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Enjoy interacting with guests and coworkers; thrive in a fast-moving, physically demanding environment where teamwork and problem solving are key.
• Flexible schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times).

• Interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories; a welcoming attitude toward all guests and teammates.
• Ability to communicate across devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication; ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; lift up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments; ability to move around the store for the duration of a shift.
