Your role will directly impact the lives of individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and complex medical needs.

• Fixed Rate: $18.50/hr
• Schedules: Variety of open full‑time and part‑time schedules; prepared to work weekends and holidays.

• Provide Hands‑On Care: Assist individuals with daily activities—personal care, meal prep, transportation, housekeeping, laundry; foster independence.
• Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment: Maintain clean, safe space that supports comfort and personal goals.
• Mentor & Guide: Provide supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance to help individuals achieve aspirations.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Passion for helping others.
• Physical stamina to stay on feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation.
• Good communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with internal and external team members.
