Custodian​/Storekeeper

What You’ll Do:

• Follow Y-Not Stop rules and keep the store safe for everyone
• Bring good vibes — stay focused, positive, and drama-free
• Rock your uniform and safety gear
• Clean up spills fast and report anything that needs fixing
• Stock it right (FIFO!) and keep coolers looking sharp
• Show up on time and ready to roll
• Be an awesome teammate — jump in, help out, and ask when you need help
• Smile big, greet customers, and help them find what they need
• Handle concerns kindly and call in a manager when needed
• Pay for your snacks before you enjoy them
• Keep your phone put away so customers get your best
• Keep the store sparkling and knock out the daily checklist
• Do quick fixes (like swapping light bulbs) and help with deliveries
• Spot things that need cleaning or attention before anyone asks
• Share ideas and help make the store even better
• Lift up your team, do the right thing, and keep a winning attitude
• Try your best, celebrate wins, and make a positive impact every day

• This role involves frequent standing and walking, with occasional bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• The job requires regular use of hands, normal hearing and speech, and standard vision capabilities.
• Work is primarily indoors with moderate noise, but employees may experience brief exposure to weather, temperature changes, wet or humid conditions, fumes, chemicals, or vibration.
