Overview

Searching for a Desktop support consultant with 2-5 years of experience for a role in Oakbrook, IL. We have 3 positions open with our client and all will be starting in Feb 2015. One phone screen then onsite. You must have a car for this role, there are no local trains or bus in the area. The top pay is $19-23 an hour W-2, and benefits are offered.

Travel to locations around Oakbrook and Naperville area may be required; the client covers full costs of travel as needed.

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations.
• Provide level 2 computer support for a Windows 7 environment across multiple sites.
• Support smartphones (iOS and Android), network troubleshooting, printing, and application support.
• Travel as needed within Oakbrook and Naperville area; client covers travel costs.
• Work under general supervision and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• 2-5 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
• Associate degree in a related area and 5+ years of experience in the field or related area.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in IT; able to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication skills; reliable transportation.
• Experience with Windows 7, smartphones (iOS/Android), network troubleshooting, printing, and application support.
