We’re looking for a Recruiting Assistant who is detail‑driven, tech‑savvy, and ready to jump in to help our recruiting team deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring-manager experience.

• Support recruiters with scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and managing high-volume calendars
• Track applicant progress and maintain accuracy across ATS and other recruiting systems
• Prioritize urgent requests quickly and shift gears as business needs change
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, and internal partners to keep processes running smoothly
• Assist with job postings, reporting, and workflow updates

• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy is your superpower
• Strong ability to pivot and reprioritize when urgent needs arise
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word)
• Comfort with new tools and technology; previous ATS experience a plus
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
