Position Overview:
Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL
Shift: Day shift
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13-week assignment (with potential extension)
Qualifications:
Valid Illinois Physical Therapist license
At least one year of recent home health experience preferred
Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territory
Strong communication and time management skills
