Job Title:
Business Analyst I

Location:
Oakbrook Terrace, IL

Duration: 12 Months

• Requires analytical skills, prior Microsoft Excel experience with formulas and pivot tables.
• Contractor will communicate verbally and written with other areas of the business
• Contractor should generally be tech savvy and able to pick up on new software systems quickly
• 4-5+ years of experience required.
• Gas and electric industry experience a plus
• Contractor must be able to work independently and handle work challenges effectively

Position Requirements: Customer experience required. Primary duties would include administrative task related to auditing of CSR calls and work. Additional duties may include over the phone interaction with customers related to smart meter inquiries.
