Entry‑Level Shop Assistant – Kitchen Tune‑Up, Knoxville, TN

This entry‑level position keeps our shop organized, efficient, and ready so installers can focus on high‑quality work in customers’ homes. You have basic tool experience and want to grow into a skilled installer over time.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop
• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for jobs
• Stock supplies and assist with basic shop maintenance
• Load and unload materials and assist with deliveries
• Support installers on job sites when needed
• Use tools safely and follow shop procedures

• Basic experience using hand and power tools
• General understanding of shop safety
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean criminal background check
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop
