Security Program Manager

Job Opportunity - Security Program Manager - Oak Ridge, TN - Project Site Protection

I'm looking for a Security Program Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing my client's site’s physical protection, cyber security, and safeguards programs to ensure compliance with the proper regulatory authorities and to protect valuable material against theft or sabotage.

• Program Development & Oversight — Establish and maintain the facility’s Physical Protection Plan in compliance with regulations
• Regulatory Compliance — Maintain compliance with requirements for the facility, including safeguards and material control provisions.
• Security Operations — Direct daily security operations, including access control, intrusion detection, and response force coordination
• Cybersecurity — Implement mandated cybersecurity protections for digital assets at specific facilities

• Strong knowledge & understanding of NRC regulations (10 CFR Parts)
• Expertise in physical security systems, cyber defense, and safeguards.
• Ability to coordinate with regulatory teams and intelligence/law enforcement communities.
